How SadaPay charges you

Every SadaPay transfer has four cost components. Here is exactly what each one means.

Fixed fee

Transfers to any other bank account in Pakistan are free — no flat fee on standard (non-instant) withdrawals.

Percentage fee

There is no percentage charge on domestic PKR transfers; the only percentage costs appear when your card is used abroad.

Exchange rate offered

PKR-to-PKR moves at face value. Foreign-currency spending is converted at Mastercard exchange rates plus SadaPay's margin.

How is the total cost of a transfer calculated?

Total cost combines two things: the fees charged by the provider (fixed fee + percentage fee) and the exchange-rate markup over the mid-market rate. The calculator adds both and expresses the result in the send currency, then shows exactly how much the recipient receives.

What is the mid-market rate?

The mid-market rate (also called the interbank rate) is the midpoint between the buy and sell prices of two currencies on the global market. It is the rate you see on Google or Reuters before any bank or provider adds a margin.
